User Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist to drive growth across paid, affiliate, influencer and organic channels. You will use data‑driven insights to acquire new users efficiently and support the launch of our AI‑powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑channel acquisition strategies, including paid search, social, display, influencer and referral programs.
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns, managing budgets, bids and targeting to maximise ROI.
• Track and analyse performance metrics such as CPI, CPA and LTV using analytics and attribution tools.
• Run experiments on new channels, creatives and messaging to drive incremental growth.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and creative teams to align acquisition efforts with product launches and seasonal promotions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of experience managing user acquisition or performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication abilities.
