User Engagement Manager – Lifecycle Marketing

About the role

As a User Engagement Manager you will own the lifecycle engagement for Sweatcoin’s Digital Obesity and Lifestyle Support Programme (DOLSP). You will guide users through activation, education, retention and referral pathways, ensuring each touchpoint moves them toward meaningful health actions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute the DOLSP lifecycle strategy across activation, education, engagement, retention, reactivation and referral.
• Build and optimise automated journeys and campaigns using push, email and in‑app messaging.
• Leverage behavioural segmentation and funnel data to grow qualified leads and improve conversion at every stage.
• Run A/B tests on messaging, timing, targeting and channels, translating results into clear lifecycle learnings.
• Collaborate with health partners and internal Medical, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure accurate, compliant communications.
• Support DOLSP launches in new markets, adapting to local audiences, healthcare pathways and regulations.
• Contribute to the broader Sweatcoin lifecycle roadmap covering activation, engagement, retention and feature adoption.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, user engagement or retention, preferably for a mobile app or digital product.
• Background in pharma, healthcare, digital health or another highly regulated environment.
• Hands‑on experience with a customer engagement platform (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, Customer.io, Intercom) including A/B testing and behavioural segmentation.
