Lead Growth Marketing

About the role

TBFiles is seeking a Lead Growth Marketing professional to own and execute the company’s growth strategy. You will be responsible for turning marketing into a pipeline engine, shaping go‑to‑market plans, and driving international expansion across document management, business process outsourcing, and intelligent automation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the Growth Marketing and Demand Generation strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Develop and execute Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts and high‑potential markets.
• Build and optimise demand‑generation campaigns targeting banking, insurance, healthcare, public sector, legal and other document‑intensive industries.
• Collaborate with Sales to define ICP, personas, buyer journeys and nurturing tactics.
• Design go‑to‑market strategies for new products, services, and international markets.
• Lead digital marketing across LinkedIn, website, SEO/SEM, email, marketing automation and paid media.
• Create conversion‑focused content, case studies, industry insights and sales enablement assets.
• Organise industry events, webinars, workshops and executive roundtables.
• Develop co‑marketing and pipeline programs with technology partners and consulting firms.
• Maintain high‑quality marketing data in the CRM and monitor KPI such as pipeline generated, MQL/SQL conversion, CAC and campaign ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth marketing initiatives in B2B technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong track record of building scalable demand‑generation engines that directly impact revenue.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Partnerships and Product teams.
• Experience shaping go‑to‑market strategies for new products and international expansion.
• Data‑driven mindset with expertise in measuring and optimising marketing performance.
