Training Officer

About the role

Quanteam, a consulting firm specialized in Banking and Financial Services, is seeking a Training Officer to manage and enhance its learning initiatives. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, and focuses on delivering high‑quality training programs that meet both business needs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate the annual training plan, including assignment, testing, and deployment.
• Manage training campaigns, learning sessions, and records through LMS tools.
• Produce training reports, dashboards, and KPIs for stakeholders and compliance.
• Organize face‑to‑face and virtual sessions, handling logistics, attendance tracking, and evaluation.
• Support employees and coordinators with queries related to learning programs.
• Monitor participation, waiting lists, registrations, and completion rates.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of development initiatives.
• Maintain training databases and ensure data quality.
• Analyze effectiveness and recommend enhancements for employee development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR, Learning & Development or administrative support.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Client‑oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €22,000 and €35,000, based on experience.
