International IT Recruiter – Delivery Team

About the role

We are seeking an International IT Recruiter to join our Delivery team, supporting recruitment projects for global clients across various markets and industries. The role offers a multicultural environment, allowing you to engage with candidates and stakeholders from different countries while helping companies secure top IT talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT profiles.
• Collaborate with international clients and hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Create and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms.
• Screen applications, assess CVs, and conduct phone screenings or interviews in English and other required languages.
• Present candidates, provide follow‑up, and guide them through the recruitment journey.
• Prepare candidate reports and recommendations for clients.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition within the IT sector.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with international candidates and clients.
• Proactive, resilient, organized and results‑driven with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level (mandatory).
