Training Officer – International Project

About the role

The Training Officer will support an international digital transformation project by implementing the annual training plan, coordinating learning activities and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. The role bridges HR, external providers and internal stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Annual Training plan, uploading, testing and assigning courses according to the roadmap.
• Produce training reports and dashboards for stakeholders and regulators.
• Establish and manage relationships with training providers and internal stakeholders.
• Segment employee populations for targeted training (new hires, external staff, deontological classifications, etc.).
• Manage session logistics, waiting lists, external registrations and training evaluations.
• Organise face‑to‑face sessions, handle event creation, logistics, attendance tracking and post‑session reporting.
• Support global departments and training referents with queries on training offers.
• Monitor training campaign results, evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Administer the My Development tool, set up trainings from specification to go‑live and keep the system clean.
• Assist in designing and developing both outsourced and in‑house training programs, selecting appropriate delivery methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Previous experience in HR, preferably in training or learning & development.
• Experience in administrative support and familiarity with HR tools.
• Strong command of English.
