Test Lead (French Speaker)

About the role

Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Test Lead who is fluent in French to join its technology consultancy team in Lisbon. You will drive testing activities for banking and insurance applications, ensuring high‑quality releases in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies, schedules and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead, coordinate and mentor a team of software testers.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to align testing with Agile sprints.
• Manage test documentation and reporting using Octane, JIRA and Confluence.
• Design and execute functional, integration and API tests, including SQL‑based data validation.

Required profile

• Degree in Informatics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional testing experience, including at least 2 years as a Test Leader.
• Experience testing life‑insurance or banking products is desirable.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, with residency in Portugal.
