Technical Recruiter – Remote

About the role

TubeScience is a fast‑growing video advertising company looking for a Technical Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for engineering and product teams. This remote position will work closely with the Talent Strategy team and senior engineering leaders to build a high‑performing technical organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring lifecycle for software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, DevOps, and product managers.
• Develop and execute role‑specific sourcing strategies using GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical meetups, and referral networks.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles.
• Create a personalized, fast‑moving candidate experience while maintaining rigor.
• Use data‑driven metrics to monitor pipeline health and improve time‑to‑hire.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of technical recruiting experience in high‑tech or startup environments.
• Proven ability to assess senior technical CVs independently.
• Hands‑on experience with sourcing beyond LinkedIn (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow).
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
