Technical Marketing Specialist - Life Sciences

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑savvy Marketing & Content Specialist to act as the voice of a leading FDA‑registered microbiology laboratory. You will translate complex scientific and regulatory concepts into clear, compelling B2B content that resonates with QA managers, R&D professionals, and regulatory affairs specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Interview internal microbiologists and SMEs to gather technical insights for marketing assets.
• Write and produce white papers, blog posts, case studies, and sales collateral that maintain scientific accuracy.
• Own and execute the HubSpot Marketing Hub strategy, including workflows, landing pages, list segmentation, and automated email campaigns.
• Lead database reactivation initiatives to re‑engage past leads and dormant accounts.
• Collaborate with external SEO and PPC agencies to align content with technical search strategies.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and supported scientific claims.
• Develop sales enablement tools to help the commercial team communicate the value of accredited laboratory services.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience in life sciences, laboratory services, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Proven ability to simplify complex scientific topics while preserving accuracy.
• Strong experience interviewing technical experts and converting findings into professional marketing assets.

Required skills

• HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, landing pages, lists, email marketing).
• Technical writing.
• SEO fundamentals.
