Brand & Customer Manager – Cardiovascular Launch

About the role

We are opening a unique opportunity to join our company as a Brand & Customer Manager (BCM) for the launch of an innovative new medicine in cardiovascular disease. This high‑impact role allows you to shape a launch from the ground up, define the local brand strategy, and help address the significant healthcare burden of cardiovascular disease in Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the local brand strategy and customer segmentation.
• Translate customer insights into clear, actionable launch plans.
• Support forecasting, planning, and investment decisions.
• Drive implementation of the marketing strategy across channels.
• Lead content development and adaptation for multiple platforms.
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to maximize launch impact.
• Engage with HCPs, scientific leaders, and stakeholders to build awareness and adoption.
• Track performance and adjust plans with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required profile

• University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related health discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharma or biotech.
• English language skills at medium to high level.
• Medical/pharmaceutical knowledge; postgraduate qualification in science or management is a plus.
• Experience in cardiovascular marketing is preferred.
• Promotion experience, including co‑creating innovative solutions and developing brand plans.
• Experience collaborating with sales organizations.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative, high‑integrity, highly motivated team player.
• Strong learning ability and genuine passion for learning.
