Team Leader – French Speaker

About the role

Our client, a multinational organization, is seeking a French‑speaking Team Leader to support order‑to‑cash processes. You will work closely with the Team Manager and various functional teams to drive service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational support to order‑to‑cash teams.
• Coordinate team activities, fostering motivation and a strong team spirit.
• Ensure service and process execution meets defined KPIs.
• Report performance and quality metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Lead multifunctional meetings to discuss results and define action plans.
• Develop innovative operational solutions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Facilitate knowledge exchange and maintain a network of contacts across the organization.

Required profile

• University degree or Master’s degree.
• Native French speaker with at least B2 level English.
• Minimum 2 years experience in client support, sales, marketing or shared services.
• Proven experience in team management and project management.
• Ability to connect with diverse teams and thrive in fast‑paced BPO environments.
