Tax Regulatory Compliance Associate

About the role

Join PwC Services Portugal’s growing Tax department as a Tax Regulatory Compliance Associate. You will work primarily with financial institutions, helping them meet their FATCA and CRS obligations while gaining exposure to a fast‑paced, international consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients on FATCA and CRS regulatory requirements, including annual reporting and data review.
• Analyse client data, work with databases, and produce or review compliance reports.
• Provide day‑to‑day consulting to answer client questions related to FATCA/CRS compliance and investor documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the Accountancy and Tax Compliance teams and other departments to design tailored solutions and oversee their implementation.
• Define and adapt training and support programmes to meet client and internal needs.

Required profile

• Final‑year Master’s student or graduate in Tax, Compliance, or a related field.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of Tax, Operations, and Compliance.
• Training or experience in data analysis is a strong advantage.
• Motivation to work in a young, fast‑paced, international team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, independence, and fluency in English (French or German a plus).
