Talent Manager

About the role

DevelopX Portugal is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Manager to lead the attraction, engagement, and retention of top technology professionals across Europe. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to align hiring strategies with business growth and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source IT talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines that match business needs.
• Prepare candidate reports and support hiring managers throughout selection.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with regular communication.
• Support onboarding and follow‑up throughout the consultant’s journey.
• Keep candidate data up‑to‑date in the internal ATS.
• Monitor IT market trends and talent availability.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive attitude with a results‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
