About the role

Join KWAN, a Lisbon‑based tech‑staffing company, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring top‑tier IT talent.

Key responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing: proactively search and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and other channels to build a talent pipeline.
• Screening and selection: review resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Interviewing: lead interview processes, assess technical abilities and ensure alignment with company culture.
• Offer process: negotiate employment terms, discuss salary and benefits, and extend competitive offers to selected candidates.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the tech industry.
• Current residence in Portugal with availability for one in‑person day per week in Lisbon or Porto.
• Native Portuguese speaker and at least B2 level English proficiency.
• Results‑driven mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
• High adaptability to a fast‑changing tech talent market.
• Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work well within a team.
