About the role

LUMA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting for its growing workforce in Puerto Rico. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, design sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth, equitable hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate evaluations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and assessment criteria.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
• Support employer branding by creating recruitment materials and managing online presence.
• Document all recruitment activities in the ATS to ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and market data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring effectiveness.
• Assist cross‑functional teams with onboarding coordination and workforce planning.
• Participate in storm restoration drills and other safety‑related activities as required.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Proven organizational and problem‑solving abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
