Talent Acquisition & Procurement Manager

About the role

Six-Factor, a Portuguese technology company focused on AI, blockchain, IoT and digital transformation, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Procurement Manager to support its rapid growth across Portugal and European markets. You will lead recruitment for IT professionals and manage procurement of customer‑related resources, working closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technology and IT positions.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and external suppliers.
• Support customer resource procurement requirements for multinational clients.
• Strengthen employer branding and contribute to engineering team growth.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic expansion initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or HR, preferably in the IT sector.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, organised and results‑oriented mindset.
• Good command of English.
