About the role

PlanetPlanet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Global Talent Acquisition team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders across technology, commercial, operations, finance and other functions, shaping hiring strategies and supporting informed workforce decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights and recommendations throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes across multiple functions and geographies.
• Challenge hiring assumptions and guide stakeholders on talent availability, market conditions and assessment approaches.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage high‑quality talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Use recruiting metrics, market data and talent intelligence to measure performance and improve outcomes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects PlanetPlanet’s values and employer brand.
• Leverage AI‑powered tools, automation and technology to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
