Talent Acquisition Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer who will support the recruitment of IT professionals for the French business perimeter. The role combines sourcing, pre‑selection, and administrative tasks while ensuring compliance with French labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive recruitment requests from business lines and publish job ads on internal portals and external job boards.
• Source candidates through talent pools, job boards, and social media.
• Screen applications, conduct pre‑selection interviews via video or phone, and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate with managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Manage a pool of young talent for short‑term and long‑term contracts.
• Oversee pre‑boarding and onboarding activities, including contract data entry in IT systems.
• Generate and track recruitment activity reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of HR sourcing and pre‑selection best practices, especially for high‑volume IT recruitment.
• Highly organized, multitasking, and able to work in a multicultural, distributed team.
• Willingness to learn and evolve within a dynamic banking environment.
