About the role
The IT HR Support role provides technical assistance for HR systems, ensuring smooth operations for the team based in Porto. The position works in a hybrid model, combining on‑site and remote support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for HR applications.
- Handle user queries via Microsoft Teams, Outlook and a dedicated hotline.
- Follow established procedures to guarantee KPI measurement and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Porto support team under a hybrid working arrangement.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
- Knowledge of HR procedures such as recruitment and talent management is a plus.
- Administrative mindset with strong communication skills.
