Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will join Kolsquare’s People team as a newly created position reporting directly to the VP People. The role supports all Kolsquare teams at group level, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers while strengthening the employer brand and overseeing onboarding for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes across the group, from sourcing to offer.
• Design and deliver a seamless candidate journey and a positive hiring manager experience.
• Enhance Kolsquare’s employer brand to attract top talent.
• Coordinate onboarding and new‑hire integration activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, aligning talent strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
