Systems Administrator – Level 3 Windows Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join Cardif's corporate IT team. The role focuses on Level 3 support for our Windows infrastructure across European subsidiaries, ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 regional IT infrastructure support for Windows environments.
• Manage Active Directory objects, including users, groups and organizational units.
• Handle incidents and service requests for all European subsidiaries, delivering timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain automation tools using PowerShell and Python.
• Support and troubleshoot network services such as DNS, DHCP and security controls.
• Maintain Windows OS and WSUS patch management processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); French is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical details into clear language.
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodology (planning, risk, reporting).
