SAP BTP Senior Consultant

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Senior Consultant to join its Technology Hub. You will work on complex transformation projects across Portugal and internationally, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design, implement, and support SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and participate in SAP design, implementation, and consulting activities.
• Plan, execute, and coordinate development tasks autonomously within project streams.
• Translate business requirements into high‑quality, scalable technical solutions following best practices.
• Support all project phases from design/exploration to post‑production support.
• Manage day‑to‑day client and project‑team relationships within the defined scope.
• Oversee project plans and related activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with SAP BTP, including CAP, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP Build Apps or Workzone.
• Experience extending SAP solutions such as S/4HANA or SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js or Java.
• Familiarity with SAP Joule (valued) and generative AI integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LLaMa).
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and work effectively in teams.
• Analytical mindset to identify, assess, and solve complex technical problems.
