System Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Conclusion Lifecycle is seeking a System Administrator to join its Nearshore team. The position is fully remote and supports international clients across the Netherlands, Germany and other European countries, focusing on both on‑premises and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and optimise Windows Server (2016+) and Linux systems.
• Support containerisation initiatives, including the creation of new environments and landing zones.
• Automate infrastructure using PowerShell, Terraform and YAML‑based tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure delivery.
• Manage Azure resources within hybrid architectures and work with OpenShift.
• Support Citrix environments, handling image management and application packaging.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Windows and Linux platforms.
• Maintain system security, patching and lifecycle management.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders and clients to ensure service quality.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Windows Server administration.
• Proficient in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with automation and scripting tools.
• Familiarity with container platforms and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
