Mobile Application Developer – AI Neobank App

About the role

Doit is building an AI‑powered neobank and is looking for an Android engineer to create the native Android experience. You will work on clean user flows, high‑performance features and AI‑assisted interactions that serve real customers in the financial services space.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
• Create smooth mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and other financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend REST APIs, ensure stability, security and reliability of the app.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as crash rate, loading times, responsiveness and memory usage.
• Use analytics and production feedback to iterate on the product.
• Implement on‑device AI features with TensorFlow Lite where they add genuine value.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of professional Android development experience.
• Strong understanding of Android fundamentals and a track record of shipping production apps.
• Passion for clean UX, edge‑case handling and high‑quality code.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment.
