Social Media Specialist

About the role

Air Apps is looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to join its Lisbon office on a full‑time basis. You will craft and publish engaging content across multiple platforms, helping to grow community, boost brand awareness, and keep followers informed about product updates and company initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and publish high‑quality posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain posting calendars for both corporate and product‑specific pages.
• Generate meaningful comments to stimulate conversation and increase visibility.
• Monitor follower interactions, respond promptly, and support community engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Design teams to align content with launches, hiring campaigns and other initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and refine content strategy based on data.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates and best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing or community engagement.
• Strong writing ability with clear, concise and engaging copy.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Comfortable collaborating across fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
