Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to bring our architecture and interior‑design stories to life across digital platforms. Based in Lisbon, you will work on‑site with a multidisciplinary team to strengthen our brand presence and engage our community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule and publish content on major social media platforms.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Write and optimise posts in Portuguese and English, ensuring clear and inclusive communication.
• Monitor community interactions, respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots with external partners and internal teams.
• Analyse social media metrics, interpret data and recommend actionable improvements.
• Maintain content calendars and platform‑specific strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Portuguese and English.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines on‑site.
