Product Marketer

About the role

Noxus is seeking a Product Marketer to shape how the market perceives its AI‑driven process intelligence platform. You will translate a complex, enterprise‑focused solution into clear, compelling narratives for senior buyers, partners, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging across categories, verticals, personas, and use cases.
• Craft buyer‑facing narratives for COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, and AI Operations leaders.
• Develop sales enablement assets such as meeting narratives, one‑pagers, pitch deck sections, battlecards, objection handling guides, ROI models, and procurement/security documentation.
• Package priority use cases around document‑heavy workflows, regulated processes, and legacy‑system execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Growth, and the founders to ensure consistent market messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B product marketing, preferably in enterprise software or AI solutions.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for senior executive audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams.
