About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will own the end‑to‑end process of planning, producing, and publishing engaging content that drives audience growth and interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film and edit high‑quality videos and photos using a smartphone or professional camera, creating reels, TikToks, and static posts.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and nurture an active community.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and a stable high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability, and solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.
• Graphic design capabilities using Canva or similar platforms.
