Retail Marketing & Media Manager

About the role

The Retail Marketing & Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, and measurement of retail marketing initiatives for Boka across all retail accounts. This role owns audience‑based marketing spend and connects Sales, Brand Marketing, Creative, Growth Marketing, and retailer media teams to deliver best‑in‑class execution for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all marketing spend across channels aimed at driving audience growth and retail velocity.
• Develop and execute retail media campaigns on platforms such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other major Retail Media Networks.
• Leverage Meta, Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs), and broader online advertising to drive retail attribution and omnichannel success.
• Bridge media buying and creative execution by analyzing visual performance data, writing clear briefs for design teams, and ensuring creative aligns with targeting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (sales, brand, growth, creative) to launch products, track performance, and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Utilize AI tools and automation (e.g., Copilot, Antigravity, N8N, Dify) to streamline workflows and enhance data analysis.
