Service Representative – CC

About the role

The Service Representative – CC works in the Contact Center of Eastern America Insurance Agency, handling inbound and outbound calls from policyholders and claimants. The role supports multiple insurance lines, including personal lines and claims, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers of various corporate group companies.
• Make outbound calls to update customers on pending situations.
• Process cancellations, endorsements, and financing contracts in the relevant systems.
• Prepare payment letters for clients, agencies, producers, and banks.
• Assist customers with electronic payments and guide them through the claims process.
• Provide claim status information using computerized systems and document all actions.
• Handle voucher requests for mandatory insurance and register claims in the appropriate systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the Back‑Office department and participate in special projects.

Required profile

• High school senior year (fourth year) completed.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and public service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Flexibility for rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer systems and fast typing.
