Remote Call Center Representative (Puerto Rico)

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative based in Puerto Rico to deliver high‑quality inbound customer support. You will work from a dedicated home workspace, handling a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive customer experience and meeting performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls.
• Handle high‑volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates.
• Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines.
• Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center, customer service, or dispatch role.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Must reside in Puerto Rico and be authorized to work in the U.S. permanently.
• Ability to pass background, credit, and security fingerprint checks.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Proficiency in English.
