SEO, Google Ads & Website Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on SEO, Google Ads and Website Manager to grow leads through our digital assets. You will turn complex scientific product information into clear, conversion‑focused web pages and manage the SEO and paid‑search mix across our brands.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute SEO priorities for multiple websites and markets.
• Build and optimise WordPress pages using Elementor, ensuring they are fast, human‑readable and conversion‑oriented.
• Translate technical discussions with product specialists into accurate, persuasive English content.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns, including structure, keywords, ad copy, negatives and landing‑page alignment.
• Improve measurement and reporting using GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Maintain an actionable roadmap for SEO and website improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands‑on experience with SEO or Google Ads.
• Practical, collaborative style and comfort working with technical teams.
• Willingness to work primarily on‑site in Valbom (Porto).

Required skills

• SEO (keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical SEO)
• Google Ads campaign management
• WordPress and Elementor page building
• Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva for quick edits
• GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with Semrush, Ahrefs or Google Search Console
