SEO & GEO Manager

About the role

Join JobCloud’s international SEO & GEO team to own the search visibility of Switzerland’s three largest job platforms. You will shape the SEO and GEO strategy, drive technical improvements, and measure impact across a dynamic, multilingual inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO and GEO initiatives, from idea and validation to delivery and impact measurement.
• Audit Jobs.ch, Jobup.ch and JobScout24.ch, set priorities based on search demand, user needs and business impact.
• Improve platform architecture – taxonomies, faceted navigation, internal linking, crawlability and indexation.
• Build scalable, AI‑supported content workflows with clear quality controls.
• Strengthen structured data and entity coverage so search engines and AI systems understand and cite our content.
• Collaborate directly with engineers to move fixes, features and prototypes from concept to production.
• Drive digital PR and off‑page initiatives powered by Swiss labour‑market insights.
• Analyze organic performance, crawler logs and AI visibility, using AI coding agents to audit, automate and prototype.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on SEO experience on large‑scale, fast‑changing inventory (marketplace, classifieds or e‑commerce).
• Advanced technical SEO knowledge: architecture, structured data, crawling, duplication and indexation.
• Hands‑on experience scaling content with AI, automation or structured data.
• Solid understanding of how generative AI systems find, interpret and cite information.
• Experience with multilingual SEO across languages, brands or markets, plus digital PR or data‑driven outreach.
• Strong analytical skills with crawler logs, large datasets and tools such as Search Console, Screaming Frog or Google BigQuery.
• Proven project‑management ability to run complex cross‑functional initiatives and keep multiple tracks moving in parallel.
• Excellent English communication, able to explain technical SEO to both engineers and non‑technical stakeholders.
