Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will promote the Lisbon Marriott Hotel’s brand internally and externally, driving revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. You will engage with guests, prospects, and owners to showcase the hotel’s offerings and enhance the Marriott experience.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and use sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Identify up‑sell opportunities and sell enhancements to improve guest experiences.
• Explain sales presentations to potential owners and verify eligibility for preview package tours.
• Provide complimentary gifts, answer guest inquiries, and handle messages accurately.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver excellent guest service, using clear language and proper telephone etiquette.
• Support team goals, listen to employee concerns, and uphold quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Technical knowledge appropriate to the position.
• Proactive, creative, and flexible mindset.
• Strong teamwork, planning, organization, and time‑management skills.
