Senior Talent Development Specialist

About the role

Blip, a leading tech company within Flutter Entertainment, is looking for a Senior Talent Development Specialist to shape and deliver its Talent and Learning strategy. You will work closely with the Senior Talent Manager and People teams to create impactful development programmes for a global workforce of over 14 million monthly customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver talent and learning initiatives that enhance people skills, leadership capabilities and organisational performance.
• Support the implementation of performance‑management frameworks, ensuring clear expectations, feedback and evaluation processes.
• Create career development frameworks, tools, workshops, coaching and mentoring programmes that empower employees to own their growth.
• Co‑create talent identification and succession‑planning approaches, building robust pipelines for critical roles.
• Facilitate L&D sessions using varied methodologies tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Analyse talent data to identify current and future skill needs and translate insights into targeted interventions.
• Partner with business leaders and People partners to understand talent needs and co‑develop solutions that strengthen the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering talent development or learning programmes in a fast‑paced, technology‑focused environment.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into concrete initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders and HR teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with the capability to use analytics to inform talent decisions.
• Passion for fostering inclusive, high‑performance cultures.
