Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

act digital is expanding its European near‑shore model and needs a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Portugal. You will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring the company has the right technical talent to meet delivery demands across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle for local and international hiring needs.
• Anticipate business demand and build strategic talent pipelines for engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, cybersecurity and QA roles.
• Partner with Business Unit Directors and sales teams to prioritize and advise on hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute direct‑sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and multi‑channel approaches.
• Optimize time‑to‑hire, track KPIs and contribute to improving the near‑shore recruitment model.
• Support employer branding and market positioning in Portugal.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an IT services firm or agency.
• Experience working in an international or multi‑country environment.
• Strong understanding of IT services business models and delivery constraints.
• Results‑driven, KPI‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, performance‑focused setting.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Autonomous, mature and entrepreneurial mindset.
