Senior Project Manager – IAM & IT Projects

About the role

KCS IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead global IT initiatives, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) design, implementation, and compliance. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, and offers the chance to work with diverse clients across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget requirements.
• Support IAM design and processes, including application onboarding, access models, provisioning, and compliance controls.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business, application, and security/compliance teams.
• Coordinate regular governance meetings, project updates, and risk/issue assessments.
• Identify and manage issues, analyse root causes, and drive resolution across functional teams.

Required profile

• More than 10 years of experience leading global IT projects.
• Project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• At least 5 years of experience with IAM/IGA solutions.
• Proficiency in English.
