Change Management Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our internal team and help drive Digital Workplace transformations. The role involves applying change methodologies, managing projects, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Change Management methodologies to support Digital Workplace transformation, conduct impact assessments and define mitigation strategies.
• Plan and deliver change initiatives, lead workshops and product demonstrations, and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, build long‑term relationships, and manage collaboration with technology partners throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Communications, IT or related field.
• Previous experience in Project Management and/or Change Management, with direct client interaction.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, and advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and/or Agile/SCRUM.
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Office solutions such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT.
