Senior HR Generalist – Site Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to become the local HR lead for our rapidly expanding industrial site in Maia. You will own all HR activities at the site level, partnering closely with management, payroll, and global HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Advise, support and coach site management on all HR matters.
• Coordinate with Payroll to provide employment data and draft formal letters.
• Assist in the rollout of new HR tools, systems and processes aligned with global strategy.
• Lead recruitment activities, including offer preparation and contract negotiations.
• Support projects related to benefits, onboarding, employee retention, development and training.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and practices across the country.
• Participate in internal and external HR audits in partnership with Quality and Finance.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Flexible, resilient and adaptable, with willingness to travel regularly to Lisbon.
