Senior HR Advisor, Escalations

About the role

As a Senior HR Advisor, Escalations you will manage complex, high‑impact client escalations for Employer of Record (EOR) services across multiple countries. Acting as the central coordination point, you will drive structured resolution, align cross‑functional stakeholders, mitigate retention risk and ensure compliant outcomes in high‑visibility situations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end management of global client escalations involving payroll, benefits, legal, product and operations teams.
• Navigate cross‑country employee relations and termination matters, ensuring legally compliant and consistent outcomes in partnership with local HR advisory teams.
• Serve as the primary client‑facing lead, providing clear updates and managing expectations to preserve trust and reduce churn risk.
• Conduct structured intake assessments and develop action plans to triage and resolve escalations efficiently.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with experience handling complex employee relations and EOR scenarios.
• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to operate in high‑visibility, time‑sensitive situations.
• Strong operational rigor, sound judgment and capability to coordinate multiple cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Comfort working without direct people‑management responsibilities while influencing outcomes.
