Senior E-Invoicing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior E-Invoicing Specialist to lead the deployment, maintenance, and project activities of e‑invoicing solutions within Airbus’s Accounts Payable function. You will be the key driver for supplier onboarding and the adoption of new financial technologies across the Group.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact and subject‑matter expert for e‑invoicing platforms Taulia and Air Supply.
• Coordinate between Accounts Payable, Financial Systems, Procurement and other stakeholders to implement and operate e‑invoicing solutions.
• Guide suppliers through onboarding, conduct introductory meetings and manage follow‑up actions.
• Provide troubleshooting support and answer functional queries from suppliers.
• Track and schedule supplier deployment, ensuring smooth set‑up and adoption.
• Support major Accounts Payable projects, collaborating with IT, Procurement and operations teams.
• Prepare monthly presentations for the Head of Accounts Payable, summarising project status, adoption metrics and KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology or a related field.
• Business analyst mindset with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e‑invoicing, accounts payable or financial systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.

• Experience with e‑invoicing platforms (Taulia, Air Supply).
