Buyer Support

About the role

The Buyer Support role is part of Airbus Global Business Services in Lisbon, supporting the procurement organisation by maintaining supplier data and ensuring smooth purchase order processing. You will work with SAP MM and other Airbus procurement tools to guarantee on‑time, quality and cost‑effective delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain supplier information and pricing data in SAP MM and related procurement tools.
• Generate, monitor and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support buyers with contract administration and manage electronic archiving of contractual documents.
• Provide data‑integrity support, respond to ad‑hoc requests and communicate with strategic buyers across commodities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement or administrative operations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a multicultural, remote‑friendly environment.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel up to once a month to core Airbus sites.
