Senior Delivery Manager

About the role

Scrambly is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to act as the operational backbone of its product and engineering organization. You will partner closely with the CTO, engineering leads, product, QA, and design teams to turn ideas into high‑quality production releases in a fast‑moving adtech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery across technical and design teams by leading Agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, stand‑ups).
• Maintain accurate estimations, mitigate risks, remove blockers, and keep release schedules predictable while balancing urgent business priorities.
• Build and optimise delivery workflows, ensuring a structured backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate alignment between product priorities, engineering capacity, and design/QA readiness, managing feature decomposition and backlog hygiene.
• Foster a culture of accountability and transparency, identifying bottlenecks, resolving inefficiencies, and supporting new‑hire onboarding through clear documentation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Product Operations, or a similar role within a fast‑paced tech environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes across backend, frontend, and mobile.
• Hands‑on experience running sprints, planning releases, managing estimations, and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Proven ability to create structure, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.
