Senior Controller (Real Estate Experience)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Controller with solid real‑estate experience to lead our finance function. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, support strategic growth initiatives, and maintain robust financial controls across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate reporting and business insights to support financial decision‑making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance‑management processes.
• Provide financial analysis for growth initiatives and strategic projects.
• Monitor key financial and operational indicators across the business.
• Strengthen governance, risk management and internal control practices.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on business planning and long‑term objectives.
• Maintain a strong financial and compliance framework.
• Contribute to the evaluation and execution of business and investment opportunities.
• Support the development of a high‑performing finance function.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in finance, preferably as a Controller.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in a Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience working with auditors, accounting service providers and financial institutions.
• Fluent English with excellent organisational and analytical abilities.
• Experience in an investment, project‑based or asset‑intensive environment is a strong advantage.
