About the role
Transformation Factory is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join its new Lisbon office. The consultant will work with leaders and executive teams in the financial services sector, helping them move from strategy conception to concrete execution.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and clarify the real blockers that hinder progress in client organisations.
- Support the transition from strategic planning to actionable implementation.
- Recreate conditions for effective cooperation among stakeholders.
- Deliver tangible, visible, and lasting transformation outcomes.
Required profile
- Strong analytical capabilities and reliable execution skills.
- Experience working with senior leadership in complex organisations.
- Ability to innovate when standard consulting methods are insufficient.
