Senior Consultant – Business Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to provide expert advisory services on business operations and internal processes for our clients. You will lead both short‑term and long‑term projects, delivering innovative solutions that improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, support, organize and execute client‑focused business projects.
• Develop detailed business plans and drive change implementation.
• Conduct initial assessments, interviews, shadowing and surveys to gather client information.
• Analyze data, identify weaknesses, diagnose issues and formulate actionable recommendations.
• Prepare concise reports and present findings to client executives.
• Provide high‑level advisory services, create implementation plans and overcome objections.
• Deliver training to staff affected by changes and support issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Relevant certifications in consulting or a specialized field are a plus.
