About the role
KCS IT is seeking a senior AI Engineer to join its hybrid team in Lisbon. You will work on diverse client projects, designing and deploying machine‑learning solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an inclusive, merit‑based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain AI/ML models using frameworks such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras and XGBoost.
- Build and expose model APIs and micro‑services with Flask, FastAPI and Docker.
- Implement MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning (MLflow, DVC) and automated deployments in cloud environments.
- Design and query relational (Oracle, MySQL) and non‑relational (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) databases.
- Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams, following DevOps/DataOps best practices.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Currently residing in Portugal.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
