Senior IT Project Manager (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a senior IT Project Manager to lead banking and financial services projects for our clients. The position is fully remote for candidates residing in Portugal and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver end‑to‑end IT projects in the banking or financial sector.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Manage project risk, governance and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilise project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and MS Project to track progress and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably with banking or financial services projects.
• Resident of Portugal with fluent English.
• Available to start within one month.
• Proven ability to work in Agile or hybrid environments and to manage multidisciplinary teams.
