Search Operations QA Analyst – Arabic Speaking (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

This position is part of TikTok's EMEA AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team. The analyst will review user‑generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines, handling a variety of sensitive material while supporting search operation services across TikTok’s international products.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily operational tasks such as quality inspection, guideline and process optimization, queue assignment, and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to stay updated on guideline developments and provide feedback on implementation.
• Conduct daily audits on internal systems, delivering error analysis and feedback to R&D and product managers.
• Monitor evaluator quality scores, perform root‑cause analysis, and support management decisions.
• Record project data, prepare analysis reports, and validate data shared with partners.
• Localize guidelines, design training schedules, and coordinate go‑live activities.
• Deliver training on processes, products, and guidelines to new team members.
• Assist in creating product knowledge tests, analyze results, and work with stakeholders to improve team expertise.
• Handle exposure to sensitive content, including child exploitation, violence, and adult material, as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Work experience with search engines or social media platforms.
• Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with flexibility.
