Sales Executive – SMB (Portugal)

About the role

As a Sales Executive for SMB in Portugal, you will build and nurture relationships with restaurant partners, expanding Glovo’s presence across Lisbon and beyond. You’ll drive growth by signing new stores, managing onboarding, and ensuring successful first‑month performance.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new restaurant partners, creating a robust pipeline.
• Lead contract negotiations and establish mutually beneficial terms.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a fast, smooth integration.
• Monitor restaurant performance during the first 30 days and provide feedback.
• Maintain and update your sales pipeline daily, aiming to exceed monthly targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of hands‑on sales experience, preferably with industry contacts.
• Native‑level Portuguese and advanced English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and prioritisation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and meet monthly sales goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
